Next Group Run
We'll be at the Crusher Road parking lot for the Perkiomen Trial on 5/28 at 9:00AM. plenty of running options but we need a local diner if anyone has a recommendation.   I'll have my bicycle and a 14 mile route prepared if anyone prefers to ride neighboring roads.  The Perk Trail also accommodates riders if you want to stay off-road.  Let me know either by commenting or by e-mail (bill.tuszynski@gmail.com).

Not  Much This Week
Down in Atlanta for a tribology (lubrication science) technical meeting and trade show.  I'll be slippery this week and keep things short since it's a busy time.  (Some tribology humor!)

Nicole Lisicky and the fine folk in Coopersburg and putting on their annual 5K.  This gives you your one chance to go at maximum speed through the borough.  Not that you're likely to exceed the 35mph speed limit. . . Before that, you can sample the rescheduled Third Thirsty Thursday.
