Group Run
It looks like we have a greater consensus for the 12/18, Pfaff elementary option. We'll meet at 10:00 at the school (1600 Sleepy Hollow Road, Quakertown 18951) at 10AM, do our thing and retire to the Spinnerstown Hotel for our recovery meal. . . and beverages. I'll have maps and elevation profiles to help you choose your mileage/difficulty mix. You can also bring your bike as there are excellent bike routes in the area. The Running Log
Running diary question - I refuse to keep one because I found myself running for the diary and not for fun. How do you avoid being a slave to the spreadsheet? Has anyone else pitched their log books? I know many (most?) runners keep their diaries as a record for training and races but for me it makes running into work. my feeling is that I do enough work during the day/week that it should not spill over to running. Let me know what you think.
Calendar Update
The calendar of spring races is starting to fill out although some notable favorites such as the Bucks 5K Series and the Kutztown Fool's Run have not yet appeared. Give me a heads-up for any races that are now listed.
