Next Group Event, Coach's Clinic, Out of Town Results

Group Event?
We had two group runs in December that were well attended and fun.  Any thoughts about when and where we might do another?  While the weather can be dicey at this time of year, there are fewer competing races which is a benefit.  Either leave a comment of send me an e-mail at bill.tuszynski@gmail.com.

Level 1 prepares individuals to coach junior high school, high school, club, and age group athletes.

·  After the school, participants must complete an online exam that covers event-related and sport science subjects.
·  Upon attending the School and passing the exam, participants will be issued a Level 1 Certificate of Completion.

Our Overseas Visitors
We get a sprinkling of overseas visitors to the blog, hopefully most if not all fellow runners.  We'd love to get your comments as to how the running community is organized in other countries.  How often are there races?  What are the favorite distances?  Are there many local running clubs and how are they set up?  Share your experiences as it will be a fun comparison.  we're very fortunate in Eastern Pennsylvania where we have a very active road and trail running network with races of every possible length and format every weekend.

Club Races
The Superbowl 10K is sold out so only show up if you are already registered or showing off your TO jersey.  Then get set for the ugly Mudder.  recent weather suggests that it could be VERY ugly indeed.
